I have an almost new Ruger Precision Rimfire .22 LR that has been set up as a NRL22 Base Devision rifle. I has an Arken EPL4 6-24 FFP scope and completely ready kit, 3 15 round magazines and almost 2 bricks of ammo. Grip was replaced to an Ergo straight and a Area419 ARCA rail was added for balance help. I also have a MDT bipod I could sell as well.
