Model# RAS-5PSP-15-CR, very heavy duty and in like new condition.  Works great but our cabinet door doesn't open all the way, so not as good in our case.  Retails for $500.  Dimensions are 26-1/4"W x 20-1/4" D x 20-7/8" H.  Pickup only but will deliver for $20 more if not too far away.
