I'm a disabled veteran and I'm looking for a solid gas powered golf cart with a cargo box to get around my yard with. I'm willing to trade for a nice golf cart. I might sell for cash or gold or silver if the offer is descent but I would really prefer the golf cart.

With food prices sky rocketing it makes sense to store up a good supply for the future. A freeze dryer lets you preserve foods for up to 25 years or more. Basically what it does is remove all moisture and that prevents any bacteria from causing the food to spoil. It also preserves most of the vitamins and minerals in the foods. It also makes these foods very light weight and even more compact for storage. This unit can dry about 10 to 12 pounds of food per batch. One of my favorite things to dry is bags of frozen fruits and vegetables. Each tray holds about 2 pounds.

Eating the food is fairly simple I just put some warm water in the Mylar bag and shake it every few minutes. Weighing the food before you freeze dry it tells you how much water that you removed. When you rehydrate the food simply add the same amount of water that you took out of the food. Most things will rehydrate in about 20 to 30 minutes.

You can make freeze-dried candies like Skittles which puff up and get crunchy. A bunch of people are selling these and they are very popular. It has the latest software upgrade installed and it has the candy mode that lets you do a candy batch in about 4 hours. This machine should be placed in a room where the noise won't matter and where it has good airflow, I use a fan to keep the air circulating. It is too noisy for the kitchen but a basement or heated garage is ideal.

The heat sealer works fine with bags up to 4mil. The gallon bags are very heavy 7mil bags. We used a hair flat iron to seal them with. This is about half-price for all this stuff. Jars also work well for vacuum sealing your products in. There are tons of videos on YouTube that show you how to do all sorts of foods. I found that it is good to avoid foods that have a lot of fat in them. When I do meats I cook them first which removes a lot of fats.
