Job summary: Light to normal routine maintenance of property grounds and equipment, including vehicles, golf carts, docks, boats, cottages. Responsibilities: Works with Managers in maintaining docks, cottages, campground, resort property and other equipment. Report any damages. Fuel boats, as necessary. Wiping down and Clean and inspect rental boats. Daily empty trash for all property. Keep Property grounds maintained and clean. Greet and deal with customers professionally.
