| 2005 Tracker Regency 32 foot party barge Yamaha 150 outboard with only 380 hrs and extra new prop Dual axle galvanized trailer with hyd. surge brakes , good tires & spare. Has LPG cook stove, microwave,refrigeratorkitchen sink. Shower, sink and black water holding tanks. Toilet, shower, TV , radio. Less than 2 year old 15k btu A/C unit. New roof appr. 2 years ago. Has NO water damage in the interior like the average boats do. No mildew smell either 1000 watt solar panels on top with inverter and 4 big HD batteries , also has onboard battery charger. Has front bimini top frame with all side panels to fit. (Does not have front top panel) Just recently added: (Less than 2 months) Electric remote anchor winch & anchor Quad LED front mooring lights Front storage compartments with 12 volt electric hook ups All new interior waterproof vinyl flooring Newer dual recliner chair / bed Will throw in a nice homemade couch/bed 5 cubic ft. chest freezer Westinghouse 2800 watt inverter generator “Everything” works as it should, could easily be put back with pontoon type bench furniture.
