Car & Personal Property Payment Terms: Cash, or check day of sale with proper ID. All checks must clear before car & the car title is transferred then purchaser can take possession of vehicle. If paying in cash the title and the car will transfer the following business day. Title will be transferred with a representative from the Living Estate at the McCracken County Court Clerk’s Office unless the car is leaving the State of KY.

Personal Property Payment Terms: Cash, credit card, or check day of sale with proper ID. 10% buyer premium added to final bid. All out of state checks must clear before taking possession of merchandise.
