I'm a novice at using these. This does work and runs good. As a first time user, I noticed two things. On the top it looks like it's missing the little plastic piece on the metal slide (see picture). You can use your finger to move it to where you want. Also the release button for the big piece to lift it up and down appears to be sticking unless I'm doing it wrong. It comes with two mixing glass bowls and four mixing pieces. Located in Gilbertsville. Text 270-206-2816 with a time to view/buy.
