1945 BSA Shirley Jungle Rifle No. 5 MK I M/47C, 303 British, comes with partial box of shells. This has been sportorized; the original stock has been replaced with a more modern stock with a cheek rest. The butt stock has some rough places on the top and on the bottom. It seems like someone may have made the butt stock and forearm for this rifle. Both pieces have a lot of tool marks, rough places and gaps. There is a lot of wear on the metal parts. There has been a forearm cap added. The rear sight has been removed and there has been a Williams sight added to the barrel in front of the receiver and a front sight to the front of the barrel. The flash hider has been removed as well as the bayonet lug.
