USGI M1 Carbine - Inland April 1944

This is a USGI M1 Carbine chambered in .30 Carbine.  The serial number dates production to around April of 1944, and it has a 3-44 dated Inland barrel.  The carbine is fully functional and ready to shoot.  I can't attest to the accuracy as I am not a very good shooter.

The finish is worn and there is some pitting on the outside of the barrel near the bayonet lug and on the receiver below the woodline.  There is a repair on the stock.  I've tried to show these items in the pictures.  Bore is in great condition.
