I have over-head lifts n all and two other PCAs on payroll; be nice to find the right person and eventually drop down to one; really I'm just needing them to pick-up 2hrs one day a week and there are other things around here could use help with.. Respectable 3br-2bth 2,500 sq-ft home located in Hendron area. I converted a garage into a 400sq/ft Furnished Bed-Room/kitchenette-frig-microwave/flat-screen/ with a private spacious bathroom down the hall. Private entrance - Shared main-kitchen-stove--sink. Trash, Lawn-care, Xfinity cable & Internet all Included, I don't have unlimited data, so no streaming movies unless you hotspot off your telco. You'll have to take your clothes to the laundry-mate. No Deposit, Non-Smoking - prefer no pets and background-check may be applicable; no set lease, but I do utilize a roommate agreement form. Due to water/septic/parking It's For 1 Person Only. I stay busy the home has 24/7 camera security. I'm a Christian and love to sing and write and am a double major industrial psychology/computer science so there’s other perks.
