Hello, I’m a senior quadriplegic/business-man seeking a roommate in Paducah Ky... I’m looking for someone to live here who has background in medical to pick up some attendant-care in-lieu of rent. Need someone not afraid of little pushing/pulling and is outgoing with expectations on life. I have over-head lifts n all and two other PCAs on payroll; really I'm just needing the PCA to pick-up 2hrs one day a week, however the right person could be practically rent free if willing/able pick-up more hours; there are other non-medical things around here could use help with that could also reduce the rent, but I will be targeting the PCA applicants first. Respectable 4br-2bth 2,500 sq-ft home located in Hendron area. 400sq/ft Furnished Bed-Room/kitchenette-frig-microwave/flat-screen/ with a private spacious bathroom down the hall. Private entrance - Shared main-kitchen-stove--sink. Trash, Lawn-care, Xfinity cable & Internet all Included, I don't have unlimited data, so no streaming movies unless you hotspot off your telco. You'll have to take your clothes to the laundry-mate. No Deposit, Non-Smoking - have fenced-in back yard with pen/house, luv dogs but just lost one so prefer no pets. Background-check may be applicable; no set lease, but I do utilize a roommate agreement form. I stay busy the home has 24/7 camera security.
