| First the bad. The fiberglass front developed a large crack last winter. I put duct tape over the crack to prevent water damage. The front could be fixed or patched. The 12’ awning has holes in it from sun damage. It is power operated and opens and closes with no problems. The replacement fabric is around $300.00 The mattress has a stain on it. It was that way when we got it from the previous owner. We used a mattress cover on it, or a new RV mattress is around $275.00 --------------------------- All 4 tires were replaced around 4 yeas ago. They have never had a flat and show no signs of cracking. Also the spare tire has never been used and is not cracking. I checked the refrigerator and hot water heater on both electric and gas and they worked with no problems, The gas stove has 3 burners and an oven. It was also checked and worked as it should. In checking the water system I found the flush valve on the toilet was leaking. The flush valve was replaced with a new one. It works on city water or a 12V pump. It has an outside kitchen with a small refrigerator and a 2 burner cook stove. It has a good deep cycle battery and two 30lb propane tanks. It has a rear bedroom with 2 doors. The bathroom has a bathtub that also works as a shower. It has one slide that works. The plastic on the dinette was cracking, so I removed it and put in 2 recliners. I never reinstalled the table but it comes with the camper along with the hardware if you would like to put it back. As far as using the camper it is ready to be used as is. You just need to keep an eye on the duct tape on the front until you fix it. |
