The original 12,000 btu roof a/c was replaced with a new Coleman 15,000 a/c unit. The original inadequate hot water heater was replaced with an on demand continuous hot water system. It has the motorized tv lift system with fireplace, that is an especially nice feature. The refrigerator is new and it has a new mattress in the main sleeping quarters. Two nice full closets with several cubby’s are in key areas. Camper can be seen on the south side of Paducah, contact Brad for address.
