i bought this used and never added gas so I dont know if it works or not.
I have had it since 2012 and it didnt have gas in it when i got it either.
seems to have a few issues. i paid $450 but i'll take $125
as-is. i dont know if it will run or not if you add gas and oil, i never ran it.
