I'm looking for quotes for metal lathed parts,

I need a quote for qty: 4 of each of these parts:
Units: millimeters

Hole diameter: 1/4 inch = 6.35 mm
Hole radius: 3.175 mm
Clearance from each end of the 34mm cylinder to nearest hole edge: 3.000 mm
Hole center from each end: 6.175 mm
Hole centers measured from left end: 6.175 mm and 93.825 mm

Part 1:
- 34 mm diameter cylinder, 100 mm long
- 17 mm diameter shaft, 150 mm long
- Total length 250 mm
- Two vertical through holes in the 34 mm section

Part 2:
- Same left 34 mm diameter cylinder, 100 mm long
- 17 mm diameter shaft for 42 mm
- 34 mm diameter collar for 10 mm
- 17 mm diameter shaft for remaining 98 mm
- Total length 250 mm
- Same two vertical through holes in the 34 mm section

Mesh files were generated at high resolution for smooth round surfaces. SCAD source uses $fn=512.
I have the complete 3d files that will save you lots of time.


The photo is of part 2. Part 1 is just the same except it doesnt have the 10mm x 34mm collar in the middle so its a little easier.
