FirstChoice FireArms, Inc. has for your consideration a pre-owned McRee Precision R7ST (also known as the MPG or G7) a highly rugged, aluminum-based tactical chassis designed for the Remington 700 Short Action footprint. It is favored for long-range target shooting and hunting, featuring an adjustable cheek rest, a folding buttstock, and compatibility with AICS-pattern magazines Action Fitment: Engineered specifically for the Remington 700 Short Action (e.g., .308 Win, 6.5 Creedmoor). Adjustability: Provides custom length-of-pull and an adjustable cheek riser for ideal optic alignment. Folding Stock: Features a hinge mechanism to reduce overall length for easier transport and storage. Magazine Compatibility: Accepts standard AICS (Accuracy International) box magazines. Build: The R7ST is known for its extreme rigidity, free-floating barrel capability, and all-metal durability Upgrading: Many shooters use this chassis to upgrade factory Remington 700 Varmint or Tactical rifles to improve shot-to-shot consistency and ergonomics.
