Directions:  From I-24 Paducah Exit 4, Head East toward Paducah along I-24 loop/Hinkleville Road which becomes Park Avenue. From Exit 4, go 4 miles to N. 10th street. Turn left. Real Estate:  15% good faith deposit due on day of sale or $5,000.00 whichever is greater with the balance due in 45 days. 10% buyer premium added to final bid and included in the total contract price. Showings by appointment or on the day of auction between the hours of 8:00 A.M. – 10:00 A.M. with auction starting at 10:00 A.M.

Procedure:  Initial procedure determined by auctioneer.

Title:  Fee Simple Absolute title delivered.

Deed:  Seller will provide a Warranty Deed.

Purchase Agreement:  Successful bidder/s will enter into a purchase agreement contract immediately upon conclusion of the auction.

Possession:   Possession given at closing.
