    i have a black electric stove that i got out of a rental house, it does not work, the top needs cleaning. i think it needs the control panel where the clock and oven temperature shows up on the screen because i had another just like it and thats what fixed that one. (i cant guarantee that is what will fix it). i paid $75 for the part for the other stove, sometimes they are $100.

    you can buy this stove as-is for $50 and take a chance.
