Complete with box and papers. Adjustable rear sight. No powder rings around the cylinders like they do once you fire off a few rounds. No cylinder turn lines. Like all 1976 Bicentennial Rugers, it has the Made In The 200th Year Of American Liberty on the barrel. Matching number magnum cylinder, cylinder box and red bag. I have never fired it. It was an impulse buy, and I cannot bring myself to shoot it. Bud's has new 2025 Ruger Convertibles with plastic/polymer grips for $628.49 plus tax plus registration fee. So yes, you can get a new 2025 model with genuine plastic grips for just a little money than this new old stock Ruger quality 49 year-old model with actual Ruger walnut grips. So, if interested, please ask questions and I will try to answer honestly. I also have the official Ruger letter of origin/authenticity for it. No trades. Cash only.
