Position: Sales and Customer Service Associate
Location: Cash Express Pawn/Southside Pawn Shop
Hours: Full-Time, 44 hours/week
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Associate. This role involves engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about firearms, eager to learn, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
• Handle firearms safely and responsibly in accordance with all safety protocols
• Process transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
• Provide excellent customer service to build long-term customer relationships
• Participate in on-the-job training to develop product knowledge and sales skills
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
• Must be motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic about sales and customer service
• Comfortable and capable of safely handling firearms (prior experience preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work 44 hours per week, including Saturdays
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Training:
No prior experience is required—we will provide comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure success in the role.
Compensation:
Pay is competitive and based on experience.
