Good afternoon. Fall is right around the corner, time to start scheduling clean and checks for your hvac systems. We prefer weekdays 7-4, but we can do afternoons and weekends too for those who work everyday. Give us a ring and get on the schedule for a date and time that is good for you. We have openings from mid next week (9-10) to the end of November. After that it is regular fees for service calls to get checked out.
Fall clean and checks include a wash of your heat pump if you have one, check of all starting components, charge check. Flame sensor cleaning on your furnace, amp draw check on your motors, heat rise check. We also check all your safety switches, inspect your flue pipe, and make sure your condensate drain is clear and flush your pump if you have one. Also we will change your filters if you provide them at the time of service. If you do not have one but know the size we are glad to bring one along with us if you desire often time cheaper then walmart or lowes.
