2005 Tracker Regency 32 foot party barge
Yamaha 150 outboard with only 380 hrs and extra new prop
Dual axle galvanized trailer with hyd. surge brakes , good tires & spare.
Has LPG cook stove, microwave,refrigeratorkitchen sink.
Shower, sink and black water holding tanks.
Toilet, shower, TV , radio.
Less than 2 year old 15k btu A/C unit.
New roof appr. 2 years ago.
Has NO water damage in the interior like the average boats do. No mildew smell either
1000 watt solar panels on top with inverter and 4 big HD batteries , also has onboard battery charger.
Has front bimini top frame with all side panels to fit.
