Title will be transferred with a representative from the Living Estate at the McCracken County Court Clerk’s Office unless the car is leaving the State of KY.

Personal Property Payment Terms: Cash, credit card, or check day of sale with proper ID. 10% buyer premium added to final bid. All out of state checks must clear before taking possession of merchandise.
