This is an online-only absolute auction. Bidding opens Tuesday, April 21st @ 6:00 P.M. and begins closing Tuesday, May 5th @ 6:00 P.M. (soft-close/extended bidding may apply-see below). A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the contract price. Example: $70,000.00 bid + 10% premium (7,000.00) = $77,000.00 total contract price.
Registration & Bidding: All bidders must register online with valid identification & credit card and agree to these terms & conditions. Auctioneer reserves the right to verify bidder identity and proof of funds or preapproval.
Bidding Extensions: If a bid is placed within the final minutes, bidding may be extended to ensure fairness.
Purchase Agreement & Earnest Money Deposit: The successful bidder must sign a Purchase Agreement within 24 hours of the closing of the auction either in person or by email. A non-refundable 15% Earnest Money Deposit, EMD is due within 24 hours of close of auction. 15% EMD is to be paid by check (in person), or wire transfer within 24 hours of the closing of the auction.

Real estate closing with winning purchaser will take place on or before Friday, June 19, 2026. Buyer is responsible for all closing costs, attorney fees, lending fees, unless otherwise stated. Seller will convey a clear title and a warranty deed. Seller will transfer property free of mortgages, liens, or encumbrances except that of record such as but not limited to the power company, cable company, water company, etc. Possession is granted at closing.

Auction Terms:
This is a timed online only absolute auction. By registering for this auction and bidding you agree to all the terms and conditions listed above & below.
- Lien-free title delivered on Chevy truck once payment is collected and has cleared the auctioneer’s escrow account. Delinquent taxes (if any) will be paid by the estate. If a clear title or lost title has to be reapplied for through Frankfort, a 45-day grace period will apply to provide a good title or your money back.
- All tax exemptions must be sent to the office prior to invoices being paid. No refunds will be given for sales-tax exemptions once payments are processed. Please inform us if you are tax exempt. Resale certificates must be on file with the auction company in advance of sale day. Ky sales tax is 6%. NOTE: (all vehicle taxes will be collected at the time of registration, NOT AT THE AUCTION)
- Occasionally an item must be removed from the auction due to circumstances beyond our control. If there is an item that you are interested in, please call ahead of time to ensure that it is still registered into the auction.
- Currency Accepted: Credit or debit cards only. Payment by credit/debit card is due upon the closing of the auction on ALL ONLINE BIDS except for truck and home.
- Previews: Saturday, April 25th 10 A.M. – 12 P.M. & Thursday, April 30th 3 P.M. - 5 P.M.
- Invoice/paid receipt notifications may be automatically blocked or put into a deleted/junk/ spam folder. It is the bidder's responsibility to contact us regarding their invoice if it is not received within a 24-hour period.
- The online listing catalog is to be used a guide and guide only, its accuracy cannot in any way be guaranteed or warranted. No sale shall be invalidated or void, nor shall auctioneer be liable for any inaccuracies in the catalog and each bidder assures that all lots were available prior to the offering for pre-inspection prior to bidding.
- When the bidder bids on an item and is accepted it is a LEGALLY-BINDING AGREEMENT, and as such is not removable.
- Auctioneer shall not, for any reason be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of any kind to any items purchased, the item’s security and protection solely reside with the purchasers.
- The amount owed to the auction company will be carefully and accurately represented and shown on a company generated invoice, no 3rd party invoice or receipt communications shall be considered binding nor accepted as amount owed. - If payment by credit card is not collected immediately upon the close of the auction, purchaser may be assessed late penalties and/or including being reported to HIBID for nonpayment and you will be blocked from any further bidding.
- All items are subject to being pulled from the auction up to and including day of the auction for any reason that auction company deems fit, without prior notification.
- Pickup: All items are expected to be picked up on a designated day following the auction. That day will be Saturday, May 9th between the hours of 8 A.M. & 5 P.M. but is subject to change. All bidders will be notified if pickup date must be changed. Any items not picked up within the described window and/or prior arrangements have not been made and acknowledged by the auction company in writing, will incur storage and handling fees and will be sold ABSOLUTE in our next auction at the new owner's expense. All fees and charges including storage and commissions will be deducted from the sales price and the balance will be sent to them in the form of a company check mailed to their address on file.
