    • There's no phone number in the ad.

    The VCI Classifieds has various security protections built in to block scammers from contacting our customers. One of those protections is a recommendation that sellers NOT place their phone number or email address in the ad. When this contact information is in the ad it overrides the security built into the Classifieds. So, when you see an ad that has no contact information in the ad you are seeing an ad in which the seller has taken the recommended steps to block scammers.

    To contact the seller of the ad you should first login. If the seller has a phone number associated with his/her account the phone number will display across the top of the ad. If a phone number is not displayed then you must click "Reply" across the top to send that seller a private message which will be emailed and/or texted to the seller.
